At the core of TRESA work are the training modules. Given the demands of both good practice
and the requirements for TRESA training, it is anticipated that most courses are structured
on the basis of modules.
Modules are stand-alone training tools dealing with one central topic, including
content, didactics, methods, trainer notes, and evaluation. Each module is subdivided into
sections that are covering subtopics relevant for the module. A training course is
constructed of a number of modules, dealing with different aspects of the overall topic of
the training course.
Modules can be easily exchanged depending on the situational context and training needs of
the target group. Modules are designed in formats to suit different needs as well as time and
financial constraints.
